MEET THE TEAM

Owner and Head Coach
Daniel Odahara
Daniel is our head coach, who has been doing CrossFit since 2013.
He came to Canada from Brazil in 2017 and decided to open OdaFit in 2024 with the intent of providing another amazing gym in Calgary.
His hobbies are: CrossFit, PC games, long walks with his dogs, and spending lots of time with his wife and son.

Jocelyn Odahara
Jocelyn has been doing CrossFit since 2018. She started doing CrossFit to enhance her fitness for other sports such as hockey and soccer, and fell in love with the idea of learning new things and getting fitter! Her favourite CrossFit movement is probably Clean & Jerk.
Her main hobbies are: Working out, drinking lattes, spending time with her animals, husband, and son.

Coach
Quinn leblanc
Quinn Leblanc is one of the coaches of the general classes but you’ll always see him coaching the Strength classes we offer! He has been passionate about health and fitness for many years obtaining his CF Level-1 and continuing his knowledge as I progress in this field of work.
He has been an active person participating in team sports such as football, hockey, soccer, baseball, basketball & more! As well as some solo sports like gymnastics, wrestling and track & field.
His hobbies are: Paddleboarding, hiking, cooking and live music.

Coach
Harry Willis
Harry is a CF-L1 and has been doing CrossFit for the past 7 years, played rugby his entire life for the Calgary Hornets, and at the University of Calgary.
You will find Harry coaching every Wednesday morning and working out with the class during the other days of the week.
His main hobbies are: Cooking, slow pitch, golfing, and spending time with friends and family.

Pete nazarewycz
Pete has been into functional fitness and CrossFit since 2016. He has his CrossFit Level 2 and Precision Nutrition Level 1, and loves helping people push themselves and find that extra gear, especially first thing in the morning.
His main hobbies are: Running, golfing, and spending time with his wife and newborn.

Coach
Tiffany MCKENNA
Tiff's journey began in 1997 when she won the Canadian Powerlifting, and that victory sparked a love for lifting that’s never left. She loves being part of a supportive, driven community and watching the members grow stronger and more confident daily.
Her main hobbies are: Chasing trails, pedaling through the mountains, or hitting the road in my RV with Molly.

Weightlifting Coach
Aaron Cathcart-MCkinnon "full beef"
Aaron is on the Alberta Weightlifting team and has won many weightlifting competitions, and recently got second at the National Champions 2025
He also used to do CrossFit and has worked as a coach since 2017.
His main hobbies are: Cooking, golfing, weightlifting, and spending time with his family.
